Cashless Service

Torbay Harbour Authority and Beaches are transitioning to a cashless service across all offices, quaysides, and beaches. This will cover, among other things, visitor charges, launch and recovery, electric, and short-term beach hut hires.

This change will apply from Monday 14^th April. Our goal is to streamline operations, improve the safety of our staff and the service efficiency.

The Harbour Authority regularly enforce byelaws and in order to do this correctly have an Enforcement and Prosecutions policy document.

If you witness, or are involved in a maritime incident or near-miss, in Tor Bay please complete Maritime Incident or Near Miss Reporting form which will be reviewed by the Harbour Authority for appropriate action.
