During the May Bank Holiday weekend each year, Paignton Green is transformed into a thrilling mix of spectacles that will appeal to all ages, whether they have an interest in motorbikes or not.
Since its creation, the festival has grown into a major event attracting locals, visitors and bikers from all across the country. All in the name of charity, the festival features live music, stunts, a beer tent, more stalls than you can shake a Harley Davison at and the stars of the show: the motorbikes.
Starting on Friday evening and running right through until late Sunday afternoon, expect 1000’s of bikes and a huge retail area packed with stalls selling top brands and merchandise. It’s definitely worth parking your bike up for the weekend though, as the festival also offers over 50 ales and 20 ciders to sample at various bars across the site. There are also two music marquees - the Biker Bar Stage and the Beach Bar Stage, welcoming more than 30 live bands across the weekend.
Now in its 14th year and better than ever before it’s likely to be the perfect weekend.
All the money raised at both the Wednesday Bike Nights and the Festival goes to BMAD's chosen charities.
The event is free but there is a charge for the live music venue.
