An increasing number of Cruise Ships now feature Tor Bay in their cruising itinerary. The English Riviera opens in a new window has so much to offer the passing tourist and Torquay is strategically placed for various cruises - Round Britain, Trans-Atlantic and European positioning, 100 nautical miles from Southampton and 200 nautical miles from Dover.
Ships generally anchor approximately ½ mile South West of Torquay Harbour, with tenders landing at Torquay.
